And you're annoyed with giving in to cravings, "This little bit won't hurt."
And you're tired of making excuses, "I don't have time to exercise."
And you're disappointed in breaking your promises, "I deserve a treat."
And you're fed with telling yourself, "I'll start again on Monday."
"You either think like a fat person and stay fat or you learn to think like a fit person and get fit.
No tricks. No gimmicks. No excuses. Only objective reality." ~ Steve Siebold
This is not another diet plan nor a quick fix. This is a mental lifestyle change for men and women who are fed up with being fat and want to give up lifelong self-sabotaging habits once and for all and enjoy a happy, healthy way of life.
Permanent weight loss is a head game that can be won. It requires a strong inner foundation and mindset known as Mental Toughness. Mental Toughness is learned and it is a muscle that gets stronger with use.
Does this sound important enough to schedule a 15-minute exploratory call with Bobbi-Jo?

"My dad had a heart attack in his early 50's. Now that I'm 51 and still overweight, I'm afraid that will happen to me and I don't want to put that burden on my family."
"I hit rock bottom with myself in June after putting on another 6 lbs. since January's New Year resolution to lose weight. I knew it was time to fix all the crap in my head."
"I refuse being told that 'big is beautiful' and to 'just accept myself.' I know there's a vibrant, thin woman inside and that I am the problem and the solution.
My own journey with Mental Toughness began when I hit rock-bottom as a frustrated yo-yo dieter and self-saboteur. As a former emotional/social eater and I am your sister in the lifelong weight loss game. Perhaps like you, my list of diet plans have included Atkins, Sugar Busters, Eat to Live, 17-Day, Weight Watchers and more.
I have counted calories and I have counted points. I have peed on ketone strips and I have fasted for days. I have eaten a whole cow and I have been a vegan. I have been decently buff & tone and I have been frustratingly fat & pudgy. At 5"-5" with a medium build, I weighed 115 lbs. in high school and over 200 lbs. after the birth of my first son.
It wasn't until I found Steve Siebold and Mental Toughness University (MTU) that I ultimately won my head game and lost weight permanently. And I didn't stop there. I carried the Mental Toughness process into family life and professional career as I learned that success builds success and impacts every area of your life.
Today, it's my privilege to work with Steve at Mental Toughness University and help others overcome their self-limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging habits and enjoy a life of health, energy and abundance.
